Research to Business 2018: Habitat project presentation

During R2B | SMAU the Habitat project will be present at stand A08, pav. 33 of the Bologna Fair.
Moreover, Friday, June 8th h.13.00, during the live show session at the TV Studio, Francesca Benassi will describe the project activity through a speed pitching.
At the end of the event there will be a networking moment to promote discussion between innovation demand and supply.


Closing Workshop of Habitat: the Internet of Things (IoT) for people health and autonomy

HABITAT will participate also this year to Exposanità, an event featuring the latest generation of services, products and solutions to make healthcare management more efficient and person’s care process more effective with a stand where  the visitors will have the opportunity to participate to the use of the platform thanks to some practical demonstrations, which will be set in a living area.

Second Co-Design Workshop

TekneHub organizes a second co-design workshop as part of the Habitat project, with the purpose of trying, customizing and evaluating everyday objects (locator, presence monitoring and radio) for developing practical and nice products for elderly people, caregivers and healthcare workers. In this workshop in particular, it has been used more advanced prototypes of the objects which are being realized so as to collect the users feedbacks in order to improve the objects themselves.

The HABITAT Project has been presented at the 12th edition of R2B in Bologna by Prof. Lorenzo Chiari (CIRI-SdV) within the Workshop "Next Generation Medtech, Smart and Active Living, Inclusive Services and USable TECHnologies" in the Arena Live Research run by ASTER.
The Workshop has been promoted by the Association "Clust-ER Industrie della salute e del benessere".

First Co-Design Workshop

As part of the Habitat project, TekneHub Laboratory organizes a Co-Design Workshop to test, customize and evaluate everyday objects (chair, presence detector, radio) with the aim to develop practical and nice products for the elderly, caregivers and health workers. In this workshop in particular, it has been used simple prototypes of the objects which are being realized so as to collect the users feedbacks in order to improve the objects themselves.

Habitat Project has been selected by ASTER to participate with a working table to SPARK Project, with the aim of enhancing synergies between the actors of the innovation ecosystem in the frame of Regional Smart Specialization Strategy and encouraging contacts and exchange of experiences and points of view through working methods and innovative tools.
